Order Processing
Your information is captured securely using high grade encryption using 3rd party payment processor PAYPAL. You do not have to have a Paypal account to pay by credit card for your order. We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express as well as Paypal accounts. Paypal does not share your financial details with us. Paypal does share your contact information with us so we know where to ship your order. Please refer to www.paypal.com for their payment processing terms and conditions.

Forcefield will fulfill all orders received from customers within 1-3 days in exchange for payment and compliance with the terms and conditions of this agreement. Forcefield reserves the right to refuse to sell to any new or existing customers.

Return Policy
We accept returns of defective products and will promptly exchange them. We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. We ship replacements, free of charge, the same day the defective product is received. To receive your replacement, please return original to: Forcefield Returns, 3 Baker Hill Road, Great Neck NY 11023. Final Sale Items. Logo customized orders must be proof approved before production. We are unable to accept returns of logo customized orders. We are unable to accept returns of opened or used products.
